The Beasts Within Our Nation
In broad daylight, when the sun was in its prime
Virgin was a victim of vitiation
The whole world watched it all in real time,
Every step of the way without taking action.
Virgin was wailing for saving,
Catharsis! The crowd was pushed to the point of crying.
Virgin was on the ground, all her power she put into the tears she cried.
She grabbed her clothes, with hands shaky and tired.
The earth underneath her form was dried
Slowly she felt life seep out through her mouth.
And a breath enter in through her nostrils.
Virgin was a phoenix, she rose like the sun
The crowd was ecstatic,
they’d finally take turns
She saw it flash before her eyes,
generals of evil
Angels with true hearts as pure as the devil’s
And words as smooth as river stones.
She saw the red sea, with boulders of innocent heads,
She saw poverty and his friend starvation scheming.
Virgin saw the revelation
But the crowd was too caught up in their jubilation.
She heard the mantra; all may have the best, but the best must have all.
She tried to reach out but none was attentive to her call.
She was Raped!! Again
By zombies trained for the field,
In a short time she knew she would yield.
Fear was the name of her son.
Wickedness and corruption she nurtured so delicately.
Tables have turned now
The crowd are the actors taking vain action,
Virgin and her sons are the entertained viewers
They are crying out for help
Catharsis! Virgin feels strong pity.
Now they live out the revelation she relayed to the deaf
In broad daylight when the sun is in its prime,
The people are a victim of exploitation
Rape again and again.
Virgin is in need of redemption.
